I made another loaf of bread in the bread maker today, but I don’t think it turned out as well as the last two. Although the last two loaves we made didn’t rise enough, they were still really good. I tried a different kind of bread this time – and it rose to the right height – but it came out a little spongy. I actually think it’s all the honey (recipe called for 3 tbsp of honey) and maybe the bread flour. I think all-purpose or wheat would have worked better. Oh well. Still good with jelly!
