On the way to Union Mills we saw that this old hospital was being torn down, so I stopped on the way back to take a picture of it. If the workers hadn’t been there it would have been straight out of Children of Men (or any other movie with blown-apart buildings).

We bought this lamp at an antique store the other day – and we couldn’t decide if we liked it because it was cool, or if we liked it because it was weird.  We kept saying, “Do we actually like this, or do we just think we do?”  And then we decided that we liked it, and that’s why it’s in our place.
