Stopped off for a bit in Romney today on my way home from work to check this building out. Looks like an old school, but some sign letters on the front say “Romney Recreation Center”, so I guess it’s been retrofitted. Cool building, though.

Rob and his girlfriend, Alex came over to help me with a song I had to write/perform (for the vlog blog, long story), and while we were walking around downtown we saw this bird. So we had to mess with it. Don’t worry! We didn’t actually touch the bird with the guitar, and we only stopped long enough for me to take this picture. She didn’t seem too happy with it, though.

I made dinner tonight – Rosemary Chicken. Really good! Mike came over to eat with us. Usually I like to use cous-cous when I make this, but I didn’t have any, so I used a tubetti pasta, which didn’t work as well (the little tubes kept bouncing around everywhere), but overall I was pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Part of the kitchen in our new house! I thought about including a picture of our thirty-year-old furnace, because I liked the shadows, but I went with this. I feel like a bum because the pictures from the past day or two have been lackluster. I will come back, guns (camera?) blazing!
Here’s the furnace, though, just for kicks:

Terrible picture of some really cool ties that I saw at Target. I always feel like I’ll be asked to leave a store if I’m taking pictures of them, so I tried to be extremely covert. So this picture is bad because:
- I used my phone (covert!)
- My thumb is in it (tried to be fast. and covert!)
- ummmm there is no staging? (co..vert?)

The exterior and motherboard/CPU fans of my computer. I’m really happy about how consistent the design of the case carries through to the interior – I chose the CPU fan because of it’s circular shape, and because the blue LEDs matched those of the case.
The case actually only has two fans – and they’re both 250mm, which is great for noise. If you look not-all-that-closely, you can see where I had to cut/mash/file/pound away part of the CPU fan so that it would fit over my heat-sinked RAM. Small price to pay, and not all that noticeable.
