There is this pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks in this weird little corner of Lafayette. We went and stood on it today. It was windy and gorgeous and you could see into so many yards. Some were nicer than others. We talked about places.

While in Chicago to visit Shauvon and go to my uncle’s retirement party, we went to a robot store! These were pretty cute, but I ended up just buying a calculator shaped like a robot that I think my students will like looking at.
